Kick off your Feb Challenge tonight w/ Guest Teacher, Karen Conley!


We are excited to welcome Karen Conley to town for a series of workshops this weekend! Karen hails from Amazing Yoga in Pittsburgh, PA, where she is both a teacher and owner. Heather found her passion for power yoga at Amazing Yoga and later completed her teacher training with Karen as well.

Start off your monthly challenge with one or all of these invigorating workshops, descriptions below.  And please note, we do have a modified class schedule Friday and Saturday.  The regular Friday 6pm class is cancelled today, and the Saturday 4:30pm class will begin at 5pm.  We'd love to see you on the mat this weekend, so sign up today!

2-Hour Power Yoga Intensive
Friday, Feb. 3, 6-8 pm

Kick-start the Mighty February Challenge with a 2-hour intensive class led by Karen Conley. This will be an all-levels class, open to Challengers and non-Challengers. Get ready to sweat!  The price for this workshop has been reduced to just $18.  Don't miss out!


Flowing with Ease and Grace (Level 2)
Saturday, Feb. 4, 11:30 am - 1:30 pm

Deepen your practice of Power Flow Yoga by refining your transitions and taking your existing poses further with greater ease. Bring attention to postures that receive less emphasis in class yet are achieved by embodying the same basic principles.  This workshop will emphasize:
Arm binding & refining alignment
Moving smoothly through the Vinyasas (High to Low Push-up)
"Drop down" to Low Push-up
Bonus poses: Flip-dog & Flip-dog into Wheel, Balancing Half-Moon, Crow
Enhancing your practice with breath and gaze

Flip Your Fears
Saturday, Feb. 4, 2:30 - 4:30 pm
Want to turn upside down? Afraid you can’t? YOU CAN! Turning upside down is an invitation to release your fears and sharpen your mind. In this workshop we will safely explore the art and joy of being upside down. Many students are unsure how to approach these poses properly in a class setting. This workshop will move you past the resistance and teach you the techniques to explore your upside down world.
