Today is Earth Day, and people across the world are joining together to spread awareness and support for our environment. We can make every day seem like Earth Day, by maintaining conscious acts like recycling, composting and purchasing eco-friendly products, for example. One act--from riding a bike instead of driving to buying a reusable water bottle--can have an amazing ripple effect that affects meaningful change.
As yogis, we are in the unique position to use what we learn on our mats to influence mindful acts in support of Mother Earth (and some cute turtles), too. Do you have any green yogi moments or tips you'd like to share? Please feel free to comment!
And if you're looking for a few more tips to save our planet, check out the link below for ways to go greener. One step, one breath at a time can transform!
